I just got home from a nice evening at Carrabba's. My son came in for the weekend from SC I went with my Date, Cindy, my mom, my son Ryan and my friends Chris and Terry. We didn't order any appetizers because the bread always fill you up and is way to good with the spices and olive oil to dip it in. Our waitress was Lori (JO). She kept us laughing and the service was prompt and the food was good. I ordered Angel Hair Pasta light on butter. (I'm dieting so it will be a bit before I eat the meaty greasy stuff again.) It came with a house salad which I drown in Red Vinegar. The pasta was good, but man I miss the sausage and Chicken Marsala. Ryan and Chris both had the Chicken Marsala. They both said it was great. Mom had spaghetti with meat sauce. I think she orders this because she knows there will be enough left over for lunch the following day. She didn't have any complaints either. Terry ordered one of the daily specials. I didn't catch the name but it looked different. It had oysters or clams in a salsa looking sauce. (Am I a pro, or what?) She ate it all so it must not of been too bad. Cindy ordered the Tiramisu'. She joined us late. She came from a family dinner and we couldn't make her eat anymore. Other than my mom we didn't leave much left over for Lori's cats. Hope they don't get mad at us. (Had to be there) Well that's that. We went down to A1A and watch the cars from the Turkey Rod Run. It was a nice night.
